We were founded in 1866 by William Heap as an engineering supply company. Today we operate from three offices around the United Kingdom in Liverpool, London and Teesside supplying some of the best process and instrumentation valves and ancillary equipment available on the market today.
Manufacturing
Heap & Partners are however far more than just a distributor. With research, design and manufacturing, all covered by ISO 9001:2008, we manufacture everything from simple extension spindles and mounting kits, to advanced switchboxes.
Quality Assurance
At Heap & Partners we have always prided ourselves on our test facilities and the quality of the work we produce. We became one of the first companies in our industry to gain the old BS 5750 Part II quality approval back in 1982. However the company has not stood still. Today we hold the highest quality approval ISO 9001:2008 Certificate audited and approved by LRQA.
We have also gained PED approval for the modification and assembly of valves. Our range of JM Flex rubber expansion bellows have also gained approval to carry the CE mark.
Export
Our export department has been shipping goods all over the world for more than 130 years. Since 2001 alone, we have supplied equipment to over 85 different countries.
Depending upon the size of the package we can use various methods of despatch including post, airfreight and seafreight, with all packing and documentation complying fully in accordance with a country’s specific requirements.
